DESCRIPTION:Along a dried up stretch of river\, somewhere in the east of Cist\, lies a dilapidated fishing town named Grim.\nOnce a shining jewel of Cist\, now its only exports are salty bones from the marsh and rowdy songs about fish and piss. \nThe inhabitants of Grim are locked in a perpetual war with their neighbours in nearby Cleg; a war waged primarily through lazily hurled insults. And the occasional gnarled carrot.\n\nDare you attempt to seek your fortune in the ruins of Grim?\nGather your compatriots\, and raise your wretched regiments in reverence to the root! \nWhat is Turnip28? \nTurnip28 is a post-apocalyptic vegetable wargame. Players command Regiments of fantastic miniatures made up of incompetent Snobs\, bedraggled Followers and bizarre war machines. You will weep\, you will cheer\, as deranged peasants kick each other to death in the mud. \nTurnip on the Docks returns to bring all the chaos of Turnip28 to the East coast. Join the march\, fix bayonets\, and be ready. \nTICKET PRICE \nThe Ticket price is now £30\, which covers the cost of the Event Exclusive mini(s) which will be included with the player pack. \nRULES FORMAT: \nWe’re playing with the most up to date version of the Turnipcon Compiled Cults (Cretinous Cults) as of January 2027. A copy will be sent to you with the player pack. If this changes we’ll let you know as soon as possible. \nNUMBER OF GAMES: \n5 – Mixed scenarios. \nA player pack with scenario-specific details will be sent out closer to the event. \nSIZE OF GAMES: \n1 Toff and 2 Toadies as per the Cretinous Cults document. Cults allowed (and encouraged!). \nThis is a friendly event and we strongly encourage people to bring wacky and enjoyable lists. \nWHAT TO BRING: \n– An assembled army. We aren’t asking for show armies. If it’s assembled\, based and looks kind of turnipy\, we’ll accept it. Paint is a bonus! \n– Dice\, Tape measures and your army rules. \nHOW THE DAY WILL RUN: \nDoors open at 10:00 for player registration\, with the aim to start at 10:45 after a quick introductory speech. We’ll break for lunch around 13:00\, and announce results at 18:00. \nREFUNDS: \nWe will do our best to help if your circumstances change and you can’t attend. No refund can be processed after 16th January.

DESCRIPTION:In the gloomy halls of the secret OSA headquarters lies a nondescript office. Inside that office is a filing cabinet\, stuffed to the gills with files marked\, “W”. \nDoes it stand for “Wizard”? “Weird?” some other word beginning with W? Or are the files themselves all things beginning with a W? \nThis question\, and more\, may be answered if you dare enter the Weird Woods. \nBring your recording devices and your finest hunting rifle\, weirdness is a(big)foot! \nWhat is Aetherpunk28? \nAetherpunk28 is a post apocalyptic Wizard skirmish game where colleges of Wizards battle one another in the ruins of their world\, fighting over what little magic is left after the end of the world. \nFrom the absolute idiots who brought you Turnip on the Docks\, we humbly present the return of AETHERFEST\, the world’s largest Aetherpunk28 event! \nAetherfest brings the magical chaos of Haggerland to the East coast. Join the search for Erudite\, fix your wand bayonets\, and be ready. \nTICKET PRICE \nThe Ticket price is now £30\, which covers the cost of the Event Exclusive mini(s) which will be included with the player pack. \nRULES & FORMAT: \nAll colleges in the most recent version of the rulebook\, as well as all previously released Spellbound Gazettes will be valid for use. \nAdditional rules will be in play during the day\, this will be explained in the player pack. \nNUMBER OF GAMES: \n4 games. \nThis will consist of 2 games\, a break for lunch\, then 2 games in the afternoon. If the timer stops and a game is still ongoing\, then the current player can finish their current activation. The opponent is then allowed to activate one model. If there is nothing left to activate\, then the game ends. \nSIZE OF GAMES: \nEach player must bring a 50 shilling\, valid list. Campaign rules will not be active\, rather players will work towards special event goals.\nThere may be additional rules and/or activities on the day\, these will be explained in the morning briefing. This is a friendly event and we strongly encourage people to bring enjoyable lists. This will NOT be a competitive environment. \nWHAT TO BRING: \nBring your college\, fully assembled. If it’s painted\, that’s a bonus\, but no stress!\nAccessories – Dice\, tokens (as required)\, tape measure and army rules. \nWe HIGHLY RECOMMEND you print a copy of your college’s rules and spells on a separate piece of A4 (as well as filling out a roster sheet)\, to save time flicking through the rulebook during gameplay. \nHOW THE DAY WILL RUN: \nDoors open at 10:00 for player registration\, with the aim to start at 10:45 after a quick introductory speech.
